Mina should be really hard to draw, because her features are so perfect. A hairsbreadth off would bring diminution; a millimeter ruination. Instead, she is easy and pure pleasure to draw. I think her very perfection makes it easy- her eyes and mouth are the ideal shape you always start with, so the hand just follows the curves naturally. For most people you have to be careful to warp that first curve; with Mina, that first line is right.

She is also a great person, with whom I have had many stimulating discussions on the philosophy of art and bondage. Thanks Mina!
